How do I become a member & What are the benefits?
Becoming a member is easy. We believe that the more members we have the more business referrals are passed. There is a yearly fee and you need to fill out an application. An application can be obtained from Anne-Marie Pyrda (315-733-4581) or Mike Synenki (315-823-2225).
There are many benefits to joining Network Mohawk Valley. The first benefit is obvious, by attending the monthly meetings, which are held on the second Monday of every month, you meet more people that are potential customers. The first part of the meeting is quite structured, which allows everybody to do a brief presentation of who you are , what your business is and what product or services you offer. Once we get through everyone,the person hosting the meeting gets to do a 10 to 15 minute presentation, seminar or workshop.(only members are allowed to host meetings- another benefit of membership). At the end of the presentation, you get an opportunity to mingle with everyone, ask more details about other businesses and pass out prochures, pamphlets and business cards. Another benefit is a nice framable Certificate of Membership. You also get a newsletter that can be mailed to you via snail mail or email.
